They source their biodynamic apples from biodynamic growers who work year after year to build a living soil from which they and future generations can harvest. The fruit trees grow independently. Deeply rooted in the open ground, they are naturally strong. Immediately after harvest, the sun-ripened fruit is pressed and bottled; the unfiltered juice is not from concentrate and is briefly heated to extend its shelf life. Flavorful, wholesome, and vital juices from close to nature. The apples come from orchards, including those in Germany. Fruit trees are valuable to insects and birds, thus adding color and life to the landscape. The hint of ginger gives this juice a delicious twist.
