Lucovitaal Super Omega 3 has a delicious orange flavour and is easy to take with a high content of EPA and DHA.
It also contains vitamins A, D and E.

- EPA and DHA are good for the heart, the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg EPA and DHA.
Vitamin A is good for vision, the immune system, and the skin. Vitamin D supports bones and the immune system.
- Vitamin E helps protect healthy cells and tissues.
- DHA is good for brain function, the effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg DHA.
