Claims
The Omega 3 fatty acids EPA and DHA are good for the heart (a beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg EPA and DHA) and blood pressure (a beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g EPA and DHA). In addition, DHA is good for brain function and eyesight (a beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg DHA).
