Instructions for use
Steep the tea bag for at least 2 to 3 minutes in 200 ml of hot water (80-90˚C) before drinking the tea. Drink 1 cup of tea 1 to 2 hours before going to bed. Do not exceed the daily dose. The tea is sugar-free and can also be consumed after brushing your teeth.
