Usage
To fall asleep comfortably, take the tablets with water 1-2 hours before bedtime. To promote a good night's sleep, take the tablets with water 1/2 hour before bedtime, preferably at a fixed time. Recommended dosage: 1 tablet per day.
Storage instructions
Store at room temperature (15-25°C) in a dry and dark place.
