Chondroitin sulfate	500 mg
Fish oil	2022 mg
Of which Omega 3 fatty acids	600 mg
(363 mg EPA / 242 mg DHA)

Ingredients
FISH oil, Glucosamine 2KCl (contains CRUSTACEANS and SHELLFISH), Bovine gelatin, Chondroitin sulfate, Thickener (Glycerol), Emulsifier (SOY lecithin), Glazing agent (Beeswax), Colour (Iron oxide).

Usage
Take 1 capsule with plenty of water 3 times a day.

Store at room temperature (15-25°C) in a dry, dark place
