Lucovitaal Electrolytes Post-Workout is an electrolyte solution (magnesium, calcium, sodium). It also contains vitamin C and zinc. This product is recommended after intense training.

Sucrose, HMB, Magnesium, Sodium, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Sweeteners (Isomalt, Sucralose), Calcium, Flavorings (Mango Flavor, Malic Acid, Passion Fruit Flavor), Potassium, Vitamin C, Turmeric, Anti-caking Agent (Colloidal Anhydrous Silica), Zinc.
Usage
Dissolve the contents of one sachet in 200 ml of water. Consume preferably within 30 minutes after training. Follow with a protein- and carbohydrate-rich meal. For intense training days, increase the dosage to a maximum of two sachets per day. Also suitable for rest days. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Do not use in case of bile duct disorders, pregnancy or lactation.
