Usage
Crush the kuzu* with a spoon before measuring out: 1.5 tablespoons/cup for sauces, 2 tablespoons for yellow.
Dissolve in some cold water, add to the preparation towards the end of the cooking time and let it thicken while stirring until the desired consistency is reached.
