• Lactobacillus rhamnosus – 1 billion cfu

• Bifidobacterium bifidum – 1 billion cfu

• Streptococcus thermophilus – 1 billion cfu

Ginger – 2 mg
Inulin – 10 mg

Filler (maltodextrin), mixture of viable bacteria (contains MILK), thickener (cellulose as capsule shell), prebiotic (inulin), ginger root extract.
