Lemon Pharma organic ginger cubes (medical marshmallows), made from pure plant-based gum arabic (from the African Acacia Senegal tree), harmonize particularly well with the added ginger extract. Thanks to a very high fiber content (>85% acacia fiber measured using the AOAC method), they contribute to a fiber-rich diet.
GINJER® ginger cubes are made from whipped gum arabic paste, for which the high-quality, certified organic ingredients are mixed step by step. Adhering to the exact mixing sequence is crucial, as this allows us to introduce air into the paste through a special extrusion process. This is how GINJER® ginger cubes acquire their smooth texture.
