Ingredients
Magnesium: oxide and citrate, capsule: hypromellose, filler: microcrystalline cellulose, anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate and talc), pyridoxine HCl.
Usage
Starting dosage: 1 capsule twice a day.
Maintenance dosage: 1 capsule once a day.
Take the capsules with water, preferably in the evening.
Read the instructions for use before use.
This nutritional supplement is not suitable for children up to and including 3 years of age.
In high doses, magnesium can have a laxative effect.
