Ingredients
Corn starch, SWEET WHEY POWDER (milk), teff brown, E412, MILK POWDER, potato glucose, caramel, stabilizer: E170, rapeseed fat.

Usage
Step 1. Put 450 ml of lukewarm (max 25°C) water in a bowl.
Step 2. Add 50 grams of margarine or 2 tablespoons of oil or 20 grams of bread improver.
Step 3. Add 8 grams of sugar and 4 grams of salt or bread flavoring.
Step 4. Add 500 grams of bread mix
Step 5. 4 grams of dried yeast (for the bread machine) or 7-10 grams of dried yeast (for the oven).
Then mix for a maximum of 3 minutes, let it rise for 1 hour, then bake in a preheated oven at 225°C (gas mark) or 180°C (fan) for approximately 35-45 minutes.
Bread maker: French program.
