Usage
450ml lukewarm water (max. 25°C), 500g bread mix, 50g margarine or 2 tablespoons oil, 8g sugar, 4g salt, 7-10g dried yeast (for the oven) or 4g dried yeast (for a bread machine). Let rise for 1 hour. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 35-45 minutes.
