Usage
Adults: Take 5 drops, 25 mcg (1000IU) per day, unless otherwise recommended.
Pregnant and lactating women: take 2 drops of 10 mcg (400 IU) per day.
Children from 3 years: take 2 drops of 10 mcg (400 IU) per day.
Remove the cap and hold the bottle over a spoon.
Place the required number of drops on the spoon and take. (Hold the bottle completely upside down for accurate dosing.)
Shake well before use.
