Our daily requirement for vitamin C is higher than for any other water-soluble vitamin. It's ideal to take vitamin C in smaller doses throughout the day and night because it's excreted quickly. This isn't very practical, so Lamberts® Vitamin C uses Time Release (the vitamin is released evenly over 6 hours), which allows the supplement to remain active in our bodies for longer.
Vitamin C:
- contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system
- contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue
- contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of cartilage

Usage
Take 1 to 2 tablets twice daily with meals, unless otherwise advised.
More than 1000mg of Vitamin C may cause mild stomach upset in sensitive individuals.
