Lamberts Vitamin C 1500 Time release & bioflavonoids
Our daily requirement for vitamin C is higher than for any other water-soluble vitamin. It's ideal to take vitamin C in smaller doses spread throughout the day and night, as it is rapidly excreted.
This is not very practical and that is why Lamberts® Vitamin C has a time release (the vitamin is released evenly over 6 hours), which means that the preparation remains active in our body for longer.

Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid), Gelling Agent (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose), Bulking Agent (Dicalcium Phosphate), Anti-caking Agents (Magnesium Salts of Fatty Acids, Silicon Dioxide and Stearic Acid), Citrus Bioflavonoid Complex, Glazing Agents (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose and Glycerol), Rose Hip Extract (Rosa canina L.).
Usage
Take 1 tablet daily with a meal.
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
May cause mild stomach upset in sensitive individuals.
Mandatory legal text for Belgium: Kidney patients may not take more than 200mg of vitamin C per day due to, among other things, the risk of hyperoxalemia.
