Usage
Adults: A serving of 20 grams of powder is generally recommended and can be measured as 2 heaped dessert spoons. This jar contains up to 18 servings. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
ATHLETES: This product can be used to increase protein intake. Depending on the protein in the basic diet, one to two servings per day (20-40g) are sufficient. Use as directed unless otherwise advised by a doctor or therapist.
SUGGESTION: This product has a mild flavor and, when added to soups or gravy, also has a thickening effect. Add additional liquid as needed when following a recipe.
SOUP, STEW, OR GRAVY: Add the powder at the end of the cooking time, just before serving. Simply add and stir well.
GRAINS/CORNFLAKES: Sprinkle over dry breakfast cereal (muesli) and then add milk.
FRUIT SMOOTHIES: This powder can be blended with any type of fresh fruit; 10 grams of powder with a serving of fruit, such as a banana. This will preserve the flavor.
MILKSHAKES: 10g in a small milkshake and 20g in a large milkshake.
