Calcium Carbonate, Bulking Agent (Cellulose), Magnesium (Oxide & Citrate), Pantothenic Acid (Calcium Pantothenate), Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid), Tablet Coating (Glazing Agents: Calcium Carbonate, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Isomalt & Glycerol, Colour: Iron Oxide), Anti-caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Stearic Acid & Magnesium Salts of Fatty Acids), Humectant (Crosslinked Cellulose Gum), Niacin (Nicotinamide), Taurine, Zinc Citrate, Iron (Ferrous Fumarate), Korean Ginseng Root Extract (Panax), Thiamine Mononitrate, Co-Enzyme Q10, Para-Aminobenzoic Acid, Choline Bitartrate, Inositol, Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate), Vitamin E (d-alpha Tocopheryl Acid Succinate), Riboflavin, Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol), Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin), Selenium (Sodium Selenite & L-Selenomethionine), Chromium Picolinate, Manganese Sulfate, Copper Sulfate, Folic Acid, Vitamin K1 (Phylloquinone), Potassium Iodide, Biotin.
Instructions for use
Adults: Take 2 tablets daily, unless otherwise advised. Preferably take 1 tablet with breakfast and 1 tablet with lunch or dinner. This food supplement is not suitable for children up to and including 17 years of age. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Consult a doctor if anticoagulant medication is used concurrently. Do not use before surgery. Do not use in combination with antidepressants and sleeping pills. This product contains iron, which can be harmful to small children if taken in high doses. Magnesium can have a laxative effect. Suitable for vegetarians.
Storage advice
Store in a dry place at room temperature, out of sight and reach of young children.
