Calcium Carbonate, DiCalcium Phosphates, Magnesium Oxide, Bulking Agent (Cellulose), Zinc Gluconate, Anti-Caking Agents (Stearic Acid, Silicon Dioxide and Magnesium Salts of Fatty Acids), Stabilizer (Hydroxypropyl Cellulose), Humectant (Crosslinked Cellulose Gum), Tablet Coating (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Glycerol), Manganese Gluconate, Boron (Sodium Borate), Copper Gluconate, Selenium (L-Selenomethionine and Sodium Selenite), Chromium Picolinate, Potassium Iodide, Sodium Molybdate.
Usage
Take two tablets daily with a meal, unless otherwise advised. This product contains iron, which may be harmful to young children in overdose. More than 250mg of magnesium may cause stomach upset. Reducing the dose or spreading it out over the day may help.
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Supplements containing 250mg or more of magnesium may have a laxative effect.
