Each cod liver oil capsule contains 280 mg of omega-3 fatty acids, including 144 mg EPA and 107 mg DHA. We achieve this through careful selection of the finest cod liver oil and a 5-step purification process.

Each capsule also contains vitamin A, to help maintain healthy skin, hair and nails
and vitamin D to maintain healthy bones and teeth and is enriched with vitamin E.
