Usage
Adults: Take 1 to 4 capsules daily with water or fruit juice, unless otherwise advised. It is best to take an amino acid half an hour before each meal or before bedtime. Do not use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
Do not use together with MAO inhibitors (antidepressants)
