Iron, as bisglycinate, is a novel amino acid iron chelate that is more bioavailable and associated with a milder effect on the stomach compared to iron salts. Vitamin B12, as methylcobalamin, is well absorbed. Combined with Lysine (USP grade), an amino acid most commonly found in animal-based foods, it is the perfect supplement, especially for those following a vegetarian/vegan diet.
Bio-Iron Complex contains iron and vitamin B12, both of which contribute to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue, contribute to the normal function of the immune system and support energy levels.

Usage
Take two tablets daily, unless otherwise advised. Use only water or fruit juice to swallow the tablets. Do not use milk or other protein drinks.
For best results: Swallow the tablet whole, ½ to 1 hour before a meal or on an empty stomach. Do not use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
