Usage
Take one tablet daily, unless otherwise advised. Preferably take with a meal.

This nutritional supplement is not suitable for children under 3 years of age.

Contains vitamin A: do not take if you are pregnant/likely to become pregnant or are breastfeeding.

Contains vitamin K: Consult a doctor before using vitamin K.
