Usage
Fold the wing around the crotch of your underwear. The pad is designed to be used with the panty liner. Place the LadyPad in the center of your underwear. If it's uncomfortable, move the LadyPad slightly forward or backward.

Maintenance:
The LadyPad and Liner are machine washable, hand washable, and dryer safe. They can be washed at 60 degrees Celsius. With proper care, the LadyPad and Liner will last 3-5 years. Wash the LadyPad and Liner before first use. The LadyCup and Liner can be ironed if desired.
