Insert the cup at an angle backwards, aimed into the vagina.
The correct placement of the LadyCup is lower than that of a tampon.
Release the LadyCup, it will now unfold automatically and place itself against the vaginal wall.
You can leave the menstrual cup in for up to 12 hours, depending on the heaviness of your period.
