KT Tape Pro® is pre-cut and ready to apply right out of the box. Pre-cut strips have rounded corners to help prevent corners from snagging on clothing or fraying. Each roll contains 150 pre-cut strips, each 10 inches long and 2 inches wide.

What is this medicine used for?
Therapeutic tape for taping common injuries such as: Carpal tunnel, Hamstring, Wrist pain, Knee, Neck, Calf strain, Shoulder pain, Achilles, Tennis elbow, Plantar fasciitis, Golfer's elbow, Shin splints, Rib pain, Ankle sprain, Gluteal muscles, Quad strain
Directions for use
Twist and pull to remove 5cm of paper from the end of the tape.
Twist and pull to tear the paper in the middle. Remove the paper, leaving 5cm open on each side to accommodate the tape.
Apply as directed in the package insert.
