Kneipp® Muscle Relaxation bath crystals (formerly known as Arnica Active) contain precious arnica extract and natural oils of cabreuva, rosemary, and pine. Combined with warm water, they create a soothing, warming, and reactivating bath experience.
Fragrance: This product has a natural fragrance consisting of cabreuva, rosemary and coniferous trees.

Usage
Add 3/4 cup of bath salts to running warm water. Water temperature: 36-38°C. Bath time: 15-20 minutes.
