Kefirko Milk-water kefir maker 900ml blue
Kefirko - Milk and Water Kefir maker 900 ml.
The Kefirko all-in-one glass jar makes making kefir and kombucha a breeze. The idea arose because making kefir and kombucha at home can be quite a hassle and time-consuming. Not something you want to do every day. That's why they designed an "all-in-one" glass jar that allows you to handle the entire kefir or kombucha fermentation process yourself. No more hassle with separate glasses, strainers, and measuring cups.
Kefirko Kefir Maker is available in 848 ml and 1400 ml capacities. The kefirko is made of a specially designed glass that allows you to quickly and easily prepare water kefir, milk kefir, kombucha, and ginger beer at home. Very high-quality glass with a food-grade plastic lid.
Usage
The Kefriko system consists of the following components:
Glass jar: The shape of the Kefirko is very convenient and practical to use. The markings on the outside are used to measure out the desired amount of kefir.
Colored strainer lid: The strainer is divided into two pouring surfaces, one for milk kefir (larger openings) and one for water kefir (smaller openings). You can easily separate the kefir cultures from the kefir drink, and the fresh kefir is easily poured off! The strainer lid is also practical, allowing you to rinse the kefir tubers or crystals with water. (However, for young, small milk kefir tubers, we recommend using the narrower pouring surface first.)
Transparent sealing lid: To facilitate the escape of excess carbon dioxide and prevent overpressure, the transparent sealing lid can be positioned on the glass so that it closes tightly and securely, but not completely airtight. The sealing lid is equipped with a practical dosing device for milk kefir tubers or water kefir crystals.
Press: An additional attachment turns the sieve lid into a citrus press to add lemon, lime, or orange juice directly to the water kefir.
Stirring rod: a handy plastic stirring rod for stirring, mixing and adding the kefir tubers/crystals.
Spatula: The special spatula can be attached to the sieve lid to gently separate the milk kefir tubers from the milk kefir when draining the milk kefir.
When the kefir cultures aren't being used, you can also use the kefirko for other purposes. For example, the kefirko can be used as a practical sprouting container for growing fresh sprouted seeds.
Included in the box: glass jar, sieve lid, sealing lid, press attachment, stirring rod, milk kefir spatula, instructions, and a recipe book in English. The Kefirko comes in a cardboard box.
