Usage
Preparation method: 6 tbsp teff porridge • 200 ml (vegetable) milk
Pan: Heat the milk in a pan until it almost boils. Pour the milk into a bowl, add the teff porridge, and stir well.
Microwave: Combine the teff porridge with milk in a bowl. Microwave for 60 seconds at 800 W. Stir well.
Add cinnamon, fruit and/or honey to taste.
