Preparation method.
6 tbsp wheat porridge • 200 ml (vegetable) milk
Pan: Heat the milk in a pan until it almost boils.
Pour the milk into a bowl, add the wheat porridge and stir well.
Microwave: Combine the wheat porridge and milk in a bowl. Microwave for 60 seconds at 800 W.
Stir well.
Add cinnamon, fruit and/or honey to taste.
Save
Store in a cool, dry place.
