Licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra)
Ingredients
Licorice (glycyrrhiza glabra).
Usage
To be prepared as a tea.
Recommended use: Pour 2 to 3 teaspoons (approx. 4 grams) of liquorice root over 150 ml of boiling water (if necessary, let it boil for 5 minutes).
Let it steep for 10 minutes, then strain.
You can drink a cup after every meal or also in the evening.
You can also use licorice to flavor your tea or herbal drink.
Contains liquorice - people with high blood pressure should avoid excessive use.

Store in a dry, cool, dark place closed.
