Jacob Hooy Moisture Balance Herbal Mixture for Herbal Drink
Ingredients
Juniper berry (juniperus communis), Lovage root (levisticum officinale), Parsley seed (petroselinum crispum), Stalewort root (ononis spinosa), Licorice (clyceryrrhiza glabra), Anise seed (pimpinella anisum)
Usage
2 teaspoons per half litre of boiling water.
Let it steep for 10 minutes and then strain.
You can drink several cups of it a day, cold or hot.
May be sweetened.
Contains liquorice: people with high blood pressure should avoid excessive use.
