Common elderflower (sambucus nigra)
Usage
To prepare as a tea:
2 tablespoons per half litre of water.
Let it steep for 10 minutes and then strain.
You can drink several cups of it, cold or hot.
May be sweetened, preferably with honey.

Store in a dry, closed container and cool place.
