Instructions for use
To be prepared as tea. 2 tablespoons of herbs to half a litre of boiling water. Steep for 10 minutes as tea. Drink one cup warm or cold 3 times a day. May be sweetened. Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Hypericin in St. John's wort may increase the skin's sensitivity to sunlight. This product may affect the efficacy of medicines. Consult your doctor/pharmacist/anticoagulation clinic before starting or stopping the use of this product.
