Usage
To be prepared as a tea.
Add 2 tablespoons of herbs to half a liter of boiling water. Let steep for 10 minutes as a tea. Drink one cup hot or cold 3 times a day. Sweeten if desired.
Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Hypericin in St. John's wort may increase the skin's sensitivity to sunlight.
