Usage
6 pods per cup of boiling water. Let steep for 15 minutes. 1 to 2 cups per day, preferably in the evening. May be sweetened, preferably with honey.
This product is not suitable for children under 12 years of age, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or those with gastrointestinal conditions. Do not use for more than 10 consecutive days.
