Usage
To be prepared as a tea. Recommended use:
1 teaspoon (1 to 2 g) per cup of boiling water. Steep for 15 minutes and then strain. You can drink 1 to 2 cups daily, preferably in the evening.
Not suitable for children under 12 years, pregnant or breastfeeding women and for people with gastrointestinal disorders.
Do not use for more than 10 consecutive days.
