Ingredients
Peppermint leaf (mentha x piperita).
Usage
1 to 2 teaspoons (2 to 3 g) per cup of hot water. Steep for 5 to 10 minutes and then strain. Sweeten, preferably with honey. Also delicious mixed with black tea.
