Orange leaf (Citrus aurantium), lemon balm (Melissa officinalis), spearmint (Mentha crispa), valerian (Valeriana officinalis)
Usage
Pour 150ml hot water over 1 teaspoon (4-5 grams) of herbs. Let steep for 10 minutes, then strain. You can drink 1 to 2 cups per day, preferably in the evening.
