Ingredients
Orange leaf (Citrus aurantium), lemon balm (Melissa officinalis), spearmint (Mentha crispa), valerian (Valeriana officinalis)
Usage
Pour 1 teaspoon (4-5 grams) of herbs into 150ml of hot water. Let steep covered for 10 minutes, then strain. You can drink 1 to 2 cups per day, preferably in the evening.
