Two-styled hawthorn (Crataegus laevigata)
Usage
Add 1 to 2 teaspoons (approx. 1.5 grams) to 200ml of hot water, let steep for 20 minutes, stir briefly, then strain. You can drink a few cups of this tea daily, for example, morning and evening. You can also make a double batch and drink it throughout the day.

Store in a dry, cool, dark place closed.
