Directions for use
To be prepared as herbal tea. 1 teaspoon of flowers per teacup, pour hot water over it. Then let it steep for 5 to 10 minutes as tea. Drink 3 to 4 cups per day, sipping it as warm as possible. External use for baths and compresses: 50 to 70 g of flowers per 1 L of water. Do not use if you have low blood pressure.
