Usage
To prepare as an herbal tea: Place 1 teaspoon of the flowers in a teacup and pour hot water over it.
Then let it steep for 5 to 10 minutes as a tea. Drink 3 to 4 cups a day, sipping as warm as possible.
External use for baths and compresses: 50 to 70 g of flowers in 1 L of water.
Do not use if blood pressure is too low.
