Ingredients
Hibisci sabdariffae flos: Hibiscus flower
Usage
Place the bag in a cup and pour hot water (about 80°C) over it. Let it steep for 1-3 minutes. Drink one cup one to five times a day.
Do not use continuously for more than 4 weeks. Consult a doctor if you are taking medication or are experiencing illness. Do not use with food supplements or medications (leave at least 2 hours between doses). Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
