Usage
To prepare as a tea. For a cup of tea, pour 1 teaspoon of tea over boiling water. Let it steep for 3 to 5 minutes. For a teapot (1.5 liters): Pour 5 grams of tea over boiling water. Let it steep for 3 to 5 minutes. Sweeten with honey if desired.
