Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla)
Usage
Pour 2 teaspoons (2-3 grams) into 150 ml of boiling water. Let steep for 10 minutes in a sealed container. Then strain. You can drink a few cups (hot or cold) throughout the day. Sweeten, preferably with honey. Also suitable for adding to a steam bath.
Do not use during pregnancy
