Is fermented for a very short time while covered with a damp sheet of jasmine blossoms. Blossoms and leaves are mixed. Very light in colour and floral in taste. You can drink it plain or add a spoonful to your regular tea.

To be prepared as tea. Steep for approximately 5 to 7 minutes.
