Verbena whole fragrant (Herba Verbenae Odoratae)
Usage
Herbal tea is made with freshly boiled water at 100°C. Preheat the cup or teapot by rinsing it with a little hot water. Give the tea enough space. Use 2 teaspoons of tea per cup and let it steep for 5 to 7 minutes. Herbal tea can often be steeped multiple times.
