Instructions for use
To be prepared as tea. Herbal tea is brewed with freshly boiled water at 100°C. Preheat the cup or teapot by rinsing it with a little hot water. Give the tea enough room. Use 2 teaspoons of tea per cup and let it steep for 5 to 7 minutes. Herbal tea can often be reinfused multiple times. Do not drink during the first two trimesters of pregnancy due to its uterus-stimulating effect.
