Iceland moss cut (Lichen Islandicus)
Usage
To be prepared as a tea.
Pour boiling water over 1 to 2 teaspoons of moss. Shortly afterward, drain the water (containing the bittering agents) and add more boiling water. Let it steep for 10 minutes, then drink a cup throughout the day.
