Icelandic moss, cut (Lichen Islandicus)
Use
To be prepared as tea. Pour boiling water over 1 to 2 teaspoons of moss. Shortly after, drain the water (with the bitter substances) and add new boiling water. Then let it steep for 10 minutes, drink one cup spread throughout the day.
