Use

To be prepared as a decoction. Boil 1 g of Irish moss in 150 ml of water.
Let it boil for 15 minutes until a gel-like mass forms. Then strain and drink several cups per day.
You can flavour the Irish moss tea with, for example, lemon, liquorice, cinnamon or ginger and optionally with a natural sweetener.
