Ingredients
Nettle leaf, Mate tea, Sarsaparilla root, Strawberry leaf, St. John's wort, Sassafras, Raspberry leaf, Sandalwood, Chamomile, Hyssop
Usage
2 tablespoons per half liter of boiling water.
Let it steep for 10 minutes and then strain.
You can drink several cups a day.
May be sweetened, preferably with honey.
Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
