Ingredients
Nettle leaf (urtica dioica/urtica urens), Mate leaf (ilex paraguariensis), Mexican sarsaparilla root (smilax aristolochifolia), Strawberry leaf (fragaria vesca/fragaria spp), Yarrow tips (achillea millefolium), St. John's wort (hypericum perforatum), Raspberry leaf (rubus idaeus), African padauk (pterocarpus soyauxii), Chamomile flower (matricaria recutita), Hyssop herb (hyssopus officinalis)
Usage
2 tablespoons per half liter of boiling water.
Let it steep for 10 minutes and then strain.
You can drink several cups a day.
May be sweetened, preferably with honey.
Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Save
Store in a dry, dark and cool place.
